By using Post It Easy you are indicating your agreement to these terms and conditions, including the privacy policy.

2. You must be 18 years of age or older to visit or use Post It Easy in any manner. By visiting Post It Easy or accepting these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority and capacity to agree to and abide by these terms and conditions.

3. Post It Easy does not take any responsibility for the contents that is published in the web site by the users.

4. You may not post non-local job or resume advertisement. Irrelevant content will be removed by our editors. You may not post content that constitutes or contains, including, without limitation "affiliate marketing", "link referral code", "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes", content that require any type of monetary investment by job seeker, any other content that could be considered as unsolicited commercial advertisement.

5. You may not place your ad in an inappropriate category. You may place only a single ad for your vacancy in the one most suitable category.

6. You may not include any text, links, graphics, content or other elements in your ad which are not directly related to the item/product/service being advertised.

7. We do not accept ads for, or linking to advertisement websites or web pages.

8. We do not accept “Online Application Url” in job advertisements if they do not meet those requirements: applying url must be direct to your own websites corresponding job advertisement and without user registration. Other wise ad will be deleted or application Url will be removed and your provided e-mail will be set as a primary contact.

9. We do not accept any advertisements for websites or services which could be considered as competing with postiteasy.com.

10. We do not accept adult content ads.

11. We don’t accept job advertisements with title, which isn’t relevant with advertisement content.

12. Users may not use Post It Easy in order to transmit, distribute, store or destroy material, including without limitation contents of Post It Easy, in violation of any applicable law or regulation, in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of other people, or that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.

13. Users are also prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of Post It Easy, including, without limitation the following activities: accessing data not intended for such user; attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without the proper authorization; attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mail bombing" or "crashing"; or forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. The Post It Easy will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations, and may involve and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

14. Post It Easy has the right to delete or change an advertisement if the user ignores the terms and conditions, or the administration of Post It Easy finds it abusive, illegal or irrelevant in any other way.

15. Users may not contact job poster about other services, products or commercial interests which are not related with job vacancies.

16. Post It Easy does not warrant that the web site will operate error-free or that the web site and its servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. If your use of Post It Easy or its contents results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof. Post It Easy to the fullest extent permitted by law disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. It makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Post It Easy contents, services, software, text, graphics, links etc.

17. In no event shall Post It Easy, its suppliers, or any third parties mentioned on the web site be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from the use or inability to use Post It Easy and its contents, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the company is advised of the possibility of such damages.

18. Post It Easy shall not be liable for non-availability of the services resulting from the users’ failure to have the appropriate software (JavaScript, inappropriate browser etc.) or software with troubled access to postiteasy.com services (popup blocker etc.).

19. On violation of terms and conditions (or even without violations of the terms and conditions) Post It Easy reserves the right to ban access for some users to its homepage for an undefined period of time or even unlimited period of time without warning. If due to these restrictions any other user of Post It Easy is bothered, then we do not consider it our responsibility to be liable for it.

20. Post It Easy site contains links to other pages. However, Post It Easy shall not control the contents and information privacy in those pages, as well as provisions, therefore it shall not be liable for these pages.

21. The same terms and conditions shall apply to chargeable services. If accessing any of the Post It Easy chargeable services the user breaches any of our terms, Post It Easy shall take immediate steps to terminate the provision of services (delete posted ads, put a ban on the access to page etc.) to the particular user. Upon termination of chargeable services related to the violation of any of the terms, money shall not be reimbursed.

22. If the service has been purchased, but not delivered in accordance with the provided service description, the user should contact us. Otherwise the service shall be regarded as rendered. No repayment claims for services with expired deadline shall be considered. If the service provider reports the failure in service provision system, this failure shall be regarded as if occurred on the day it was reported, and relevant action plans shall be applied.

23. If the user has paid for the service that is already being rendered, and due to technical reasons it is no more available (home page is out of order, advertisement fails to appear among the highlighted ones etc.), the user should inform about the failure to access Post It Easy at: support@postiteasy.com. If the information on unavailable chargeable service is confirmed, the term for using paid services shall increase for the period from the moment unavailable service was reported until the problem is solved by Post It Easy. The prolonged term of paid service shall not exceed the remaining period of the paid service. In case it will not be able to prolong the pay-up time for the advertisement right after failure elimination due to technical reasons, it will be done as soon as possible upon client’s agreement. Should the advertisement loose its topicality, Post It Easy shall reimburse for the undelivered part of the paid service against the delivered time of the service. Repayment deadline shall be up to 30 days since the moment fault was reported.

24. If a person has paid for a service which is not available at the exact moment, the service shall be rendered as soon as possible upon client’s agreement. Should an ad loose its topicality Post It Easy shall refund the paid sum for undelivered chargeable service. Money shall be refunded within 30 days as of the moment of reporting the fault.

25. If the advertisement with paid chargeable service is deleted prior to reaching the deadline of activity, Post It Easy shall regard this service as delivered and shall not refund the rest of the sum for the period.

26. If a person has violated the terms of use, the chargeable service shall be terminated and money not refunded. Post It Easy shall not be liable for the losses caused to other people by the person concerned.

27. All personal information from card billing form is stored in secure environments in server. Card data we do not collect for security reasons.

28. Payments are protected by new 3D-Secure technology.
