Oversees and manages plant employees and supervisors 2. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new employees, as well scheduling and assigning areas of work Summary: The Operations Manager will assist the Plant Manager with daily functions of the plant, and oversee production, quality, and maintenance personnel. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities: 1. Planning and implementing of plant operations, including production, procurement, QC, and maintenance 2. Review and analyze documentation for production, QC, and maintenance, and work with other members of the plant operations team to develop and implement process improvements 3. Work with members of Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance departments to ensure compliance with budgeting and monitor P&L for all operations Qualifications/Background Required: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
