Job Description	EN-725 Database Implementation Specialist - Staff - Philadelphia, PA Compensation: Salary + bonus + pre-IPO stock options The leading provider of Real Estate Performance Management (RPM) solutions needs a "Senior Consultant" to implementation complex enterprise software and database projects. Project activities included requirements analysis and definition, configuration of software, conference room pilots, testing, and go-live support for client. The Senior Consultant works under the direction of the engagement Project Manager, but may also be required to manage lead small to medium engagements. The Senior Consultant plans, researches, and analyzes the business requirements of the client; makes reasoned decisions after assessing the circumstances, and then provides recommendations along with the risks and issues involved with each alternative to the client. This is a full-time staff position, but you will be assigned as a "consultant" to help with client implementation projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES o. Leads efforts for multiple projects in varying phases of implementation simultaneously. o. Leads the business requirements gathering process for client customizations. o. Provides feedback to customers and creates structured documentation, including specifications, scopes of work and weekly status reports. o. Advises client on database configuration options based on best practices. o. Participates in customization design sessions with the Technical Services Manager. o. Leads business process engineering initiatives, including compiling interview results and drafting process documentation. o. Supports customization testing, including preparation of test scenarios. Oversees client user acceptance testing. Requirements: o. Experience implementing complex enterprise software projects (Required) o. Experience with Business Objects / Crystal Reports (Required) o. Significant database experience, including writing queries in SQL and/or Oracle, restoring SQL databases, etc. (Required) o. Experience doing data conversion / data load projects (Required) Notes: o.
