Job Description	NOTICE The following salaried position is open at our Omaha, NE facility: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TRAINING SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES: Candidate will plan and facilitate the Information Technology department’s user training programs for employees. The Training Specialist will develop detailed training plans, create training materials, and deliver or coordinate the delivery of end user training for our ERP system and supporting applications. Candidate will teach new functionality or strengthen a user’s existing skills via the most appropriate learning environment: on-the-job training, classroom training, or e-learning. QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years related experience is required. A degree in Business or Information Technology or Education is preferred. Related experience must include developing curriculum plans, delivering end user training, and authoring e-learning content utilizing tools such as Adobe Captivate and uPerform/Productivity Pak. Candidate must be a self-starter who is organized and comfortable delivering training to both individuals and large groups. SAP, Business Objects, and Microsoft Sharepoint experience as a user or trainer is strongly desired. Candidate must have outstanding oral and written communication skills. This position will support multiple locations and occasional travel will be required.
