A:
You may have as many advertisements if you are not violating the terms of use!

How do I change an e-mail address provided in my advertisement?
A:
Unfortunately, you cannot change data in your advertisement, although you may delete them and enter again.

How can I hide my emails?
A:
On job posting process you need to click “Hide email” and then fill box: Online Application Url, to be able job seekers to get in contact with your company.





Q:
Why did I receive a ‘Bad word restriction’ error when posted advertisement online?
A:
This error is due to the usage of improper words. If you have repeated this action, then posting of an advertisement is restricted pro tem. Advertising editors decide on the duration of this restriction. If problems of this character arise, please contact us at restriction@postiteasy.com.

Why has my advertisement disappeared from the portal?
A:
It is possible that you have published it by chance in another region or industry, or the Terms of Use have been violated through publishing this advertisement, therefore this advertisement without any prior warning has been deleted by our page editors. In case any issues arise, please contact us at restriction@postiteasy.com.

How can I set my contact preferences as a phone?
A:
In order to publish an ad, it is compulsory to indicate an e-mail, however, it is possible to add a phone number and mark in the advertising description that it is better to contact you by phone.

How can I get more information about a job posting?
A:
Since employers post their own jobs, they are responsible for information given in the job listing. For more information on a job, we recommend that you contact the employer in a question. Although most jobs are listed for some period of time, employers can remove their job postings whenever they like.





Q:
What will happen when I delete my advertisement?
A:
If you delete your resume it will be permanently deleted and irretrievable. As well as parties who have otherwise gained access, may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or databases. PostItEasy shall not be responsible for such retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these cases.





Q:
How do I delete my advertisement?
A:
Find your advertisement in the portal and press Remove advertisement at the bottom of an advertisement . The whole advertisement shall appear in order for you to check whether this is the right advertisement that you wish to delete. Enter the Verification Code of your advertisement and press Remove. The Verification Code was given to you after publishing the ad, as well as being forwarded to your e-mail address.





Q:
How can I delete an advertisement if I have lost the Ad-ID and the Code?

You can send an e-mail to jobs@postiteasy.com from an e-mail entered in your advertisement with a request to delete your ad. You must also have a specified URL, where your advertisement is placed in.

When you have posted your resume, all the page visitors who view your profile will be able to see this resume. .

How do I create and post a resume on PostItEasy?
A:
You can create and post your resume whenever you want. In case you want to forward your resume and application letter to a published job advertisement, you are welcome to add them in attachment. If you want to publish an announcement on job search, it is also possible to add to this advertisement a picture in a jpg format*, as well as a resume in doc and pdf format*..

How do I add more or change information provided in my resume?
A:
Contents of the information published may not be altered, however, it is possible to delete this advertisement and add it repeatedly with updated information.

Check the format of your resume (doc/pdf) and the size of it. The document may not exceed the established maximum size*

What are the guidelines for uploading a resume?
A:
Please review the following guidelines before you upload a Microsoft Word resume:
* The resume must be in Microsoft Word (.doc) format or Acrobat Reader (.pdf), with size less than 500 KB. If you have used another application to create your resume, please use the Copy & Paste option.
* All images do not impede uploading; however it may increase the size of a document considerably. We recommend removing of pictures from documents, since they may be uploaded separately. This way it is also more comfortable for employers to review the information.
* Resumes that contain viruses will not be accepted. However, if anyone succeeds to upload a resume with a virus, Postiteasy shall not be liable for the possible harm caused to people who have uploaded their resumes.

Why should I create a cover letter?
A:
Including a cover letter with your resume when you apply for a position online is another way how to bring attention to your unique skills and experience. Instead of only just relying on your resume, you can use a cover letter to explain how well you fit to a specific position.

A:
It could be that the search criterion that you entered is too detailed. For more search results you can try to reduce the number of keywords used or expand your search to a larger geographical area. For more details, please search suggestions.

How do I search for jobs available beyond the USA?
A:
Temporary we offer job listening only in the USA. However, we are working to expand on it.

May I search for a job in a place where I don‘t reside?
A:
Of course, only upon entering your advertisement, indicate this place and its ZIP Code.

How can I apply for a job posting that has failed to include any contact information?
A:
There will always be e-mail or online application URL. provided.

A:
No, there is no need to include a resume when you apply for a job online, if an employer does not ask you to send him a resume and an application letter. However, if you forward your resume as well, an employer will have the possibility to get a better impression about you as a person.

A:
Well, it is impossible for you to see the jobs you have applied for in this page. If you are not sure about jobs you have or have not applied for through e-mail, please check your sent items, addressees and subjects.

How come I failed to receive a response when applying for a job online?
A:
Each employer has his/her own method for evaluating resumes. If you're applying for a job in a small company, you may get a very personalized response indicating that your resume was received. Many larger companies have automatic e-mail replies that perform the same function. Other companies do not acknowledge the receipt of resume unless they want to initiate the interview process.

A:
“Top Spot Ad” is featured advertisement. With “Top Spot Ad” option your advertisement will appear on the top of all advertisements in reverent search.

Is it possible to promote already posted advertisement?
A:
Yes. You must find it, open and click to “promote advertisement”!

How to promote already posted advertisement?
A:
Find your advertisement in the portal and press Promote advertisement at the bottom of advertisement. The whole advertisement shall appear in order for you to check whether this is the right advertisement that you wish to promote. Then choose promotion type and press next to proceed.

How to promote advertisement in posting process?
A:
After filling all necessary job advertisement fields choose promotion option, between “Highlighted ad” and “Top Spot Ad” and click next to precede posting.

Can I promote more than one job advert?

Yes, you can promote all your advertisements as a “Highlighted Ad”.

Yes there is 3 advertisement limits as a “Top Spot Ad” in each state category.

Pieasy.com will not disclose information regarding your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your consent to any third party, except in case if it is necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.

All personal information from card billing form is stored in secure environments in server. Card data we do not collect for security reasons.
